The Federation Complex is a compositional centre for the Moscow International Trade Centre, Moscow City.

The Federation consists of two towers of varying heights (the height of Tower А is 354 meters, tower B 242 is meters), built on a multilevel podium. With the help of fast lifts and escalators from the atrium of the podium, access is available to the entire building.
The area of the lot consists of 1.07 hectares (139х78 m), with an area of development equal to 10,700 square meters. The area of the complex of 423 000 square meters.

The Federation Complex includes office space of an A+ class (169 000 square meters), apartments (62 500 square meters). A five star hotel, the Grand Hyatt Moscow, offices for large banks and aviation companies, restaurants and cafes, boutiques for leading international brands, taking up an area of 44,000 square meters.

Thу whole year looks to the heavens. The spire will achieve a height of 448 meters, and visitors to the viewing platform of Tower A will look down on the capital from a height of 325 metres!






Thanks to its unique location in the centre of Moscow, the panoramic glazing of the Federation Complex opens up the breath taking views of the megapolis. From the viewing platform, on the 89th level of Tower A, the unforgettable view of the historical city and its modern regions opens up to you.

The Federation Complex embodies the experience of Russian and German architectural design. The head architects of the project are Peter Shveger and Sergey Chopan from Germany. The functional stage will be undertaken by Tornton-Tomasetti Group, the construction stage will by performed by MIRAX GROUP and the Municipal Planning Institute for Residential and Public Buildings Ltd. (Gorodskoi proektnyi institut zhilykh i obschestvennyh zdanii). The engineering stage is being performed by Ebert International and Armo-Grupp Ltd.

According to the data of geophysics of the Gersevanov Scientific Research Institute for Foundations and Underground Facilities, which participated in the planning of the Moscow International Trade Centre Moscow City, Federation Complex, the entire area of the business centre consists of stable ground. On the whole rock and semi rock formations are located in the region, which do not cause any danger to the stability of the foundations.






The current information was further supported by the results of geological and geophysical investigation, carried out by order of the constructor of the Federation Complex, Mirax City.

The preliminary analysis for the evaluation of the strength of the framework and the stability of the foundations of the Federation Complex was carried out by construction specialists of the Scientific research institute. They came to the conclusion that the various models of pile plate foundations and preliminary evaluations.

Mirax City further intends to conduct a secondary evaluation to monitor the foundation walls of the central core at all stages of construction. Independent foreign specialists will be conducting the monitoring, such organizations as the Darmstadt Institute of Technology.

During construction of the Federation Complex, only those methods which have already been successfully implemented in practice.
