The coasts are crazy in Ramat Aviv (very excpencive area of TA) but in Tel-Aviv 3 rooms apartment costs 120-140,000$. and 4 rooms costs 200,000$-220,000$
but payment is also very nice

Tel Aviv - Yaffo metro area map

about 3 millions pop. in an agglomeration of some 30 municipalities.

Tel Aviv - Yaffo municipality counts only 370,000 pop. out of the 3 millions.

the eastern suburbs of Tel Aviv : Ramat Gan ,Giva'atayim, Bnei Brak got lots of red roofed houses (due to local municipal laws) ,
so the seconed pic was taken from the east and showes the red roofs of Ramat Gan , and the combined skyline of Tel Aviv & Ramat Gan & Giva'atayim.

thats your opinion

as i explained before putting the borders of ametro area is not an exact science.

one of the basic creteria for drawing the limit of ametro area around one core city is the daily people movment, for wark, for shopping, for leisure.(תנועת היממות).

and people live in Jerusalen or Haifa and daily come to wark in Tel Aviv area (and on the opposite direction as well).
now think about that
