| Panama City - The Dubai of Latin America... To be completed by 2010, this is the Ice Tower, a commercial/residential complex. Floors: 104, Height: 381 mts. | My city isn't a "big" in skyscrapers; ehhh.... the highest tower planned (for now) in San Cristobal is "Las Palmas" residential, 18 lvls 70mts..  | |||||||||||
