Griffin Town Village and Towers APP/PRO

Project includes:
-Demolition of a major highway going through Downtown Montreal;
-Construction of 8km of new Tramway lines;
-Construction of a new concert hall;
-Construction of more than 4000 new housing units;
-Renovation of roughly 25 historic buildings currently abandoned or neglected;
-Construction of 2 new major hotels, including a 5-star ,500 rooms hotel
-Construction of 2 60 stories signature towers ( budget of 2,5 B$ for the towers alone) aimed to become Montreal's new tallest and new landmark.
-Construction of a new 27 stories office tower that could possibly receive Rogers's eastern canada HQ.
-New 24 stories private hospital ( included in one of the 60fl tower)
