news updates of projects of Paris La Défense.

Tour Signal Or Tour Phare:
Tour Morphosis of Tom Wayne.
297 m, 68 floors. 135 000 m².2012 (proposed)

Tour Generali. Architect: Valode et Pistre.
318 m, 90 000 m². 2011(proposed)

Tour Majunga. Architect: JP Viguier
180 m, 45 floors. 2011 (proposed)

Hotel Méridien 82 m (2009) and Tour AXA renovated (225 m). The renovation could start this year.

The renovation of the Tour Anjou (75 m) is approuved.

And new skyscrapers expected for Paris City

As reported in Le Monde newspaper,

In Paris, a group of elected officials selected three sites likely to accomodate skyscrapers. Three sites in edge of the Parisian peripheral were retained, Monday January 29, by council controlled by the Town hall of Paris, to accomodate buildings great height. Some would not exceed 50 meters, that is to say approximately 18 stages. Others would culminate with 200 meters, like the Montparnasse tower.....

- One 200m tower near Porte de Bercy with other mid-rise buildings
- One 200m tower near Porte de la Chapelle near a futur cluster of the city of saint Denis.
- Some mid-rise buildings are expected to be built near Porte d'Ivry.

It is only projects but it is good sign.
