Developed with access from both streets on a parquizada extension. From the Bonavita street the 84 granted ms of height are entered what they are destined to Ground floor of access (with balconeo in double height on the park) and 28 levels of House. Below that level areas of annexed services and parking lodge. Stroll is acceded vehicularmente from the street that unites it to the complex of Nautical Towers and Torre Caelus and leaves the parcel by the Bonavita street.
