Needs some new original landmark. But, anyway, all those high-rises help to complete the skyline image.

I agree with urban dave, it needs something original (apart CN tower obviously) for giving the skyline personality...
Anyway Toronto is a great city with a great skyline...

But I think it has to be very difficult to create a very powerful building image with the impressive CN tower in the skyline. The planning has to deal with the CN tower and the stadium next to it, they are, in my opinion two of the masterpieces of the skyline image of Toronto.
