The first ones where meant to be built with the shopping centre; the hotel is to be added to the existing tower which was built for the World Expo 1998 I don't like very much what it will turn into (and the view it will block) but there's nothing we can do now.

Cascais Marina Tower, what amazing project. I love Protugal veyr much. Both Porto and Lisbon are wonderful cities.
