As part of Urban developement you have to try and cut as much places as possible and make high rises. its the only safe bet in order to actually try and store any sort of opprotunity for the city... Tel Aviv is dense, but there is alot of buildings that are 2-5 floors...and old..and neglected.... I was thinkng..if one whole block was torn down, you can build an easy 30 floors.... this saves alot of people...as well as parking..and not to mention we got a huge park (Park Ayalon) in the city as well.... | ||||||||||||

| We have HaYarkon Park. why are they building this huge Ayalon Park? It's going to be bigger than NYC park!!!
