Ayasofya Müzesi - Hagia Sophia, originally constructed in 532-537, in 1453 after conquest of Istanbul, has been converted to a mosque and historical landmark is a museum since 1935:

hi!! i like this thread so much... i were looking for things like this in internet

my english is not good... i am argentinian!!

I'll say other of Buenos Aires icons is May's Piramid... in May Square... it's a historical place full of culture!!!

i think it and the obelisc are the symbols or icons of buenos aires... floralis generica is so beautiful but so far of the buenos aires' people culture and (idiosincracia <------ i don't know how to tell this word !!)
