| Meow, let me tell you as a semi-Bursaean the disadvantages of this metro: 1) No Air-Condition. It is really a problem. 2) The metro must go to the University which is located in the Izmir road. Now in the metro map, line 2 must be much longer to the left side which is west. These 2 are the crucial disadvantages. Air Conditioned train sets are about to be purchased. Also Metro for University construction deals are about to start and this is phase 3. So crucial disadvantages will be got rid of. Also it would be good if, 1) Bursaray was also extended to the intercity bus station (which is actually a project and is destined to be done by 2011, this is phase 4). 2) Bursaray was also extended eastwards to Yildirim. And Yildirim line is under construction too (Phase 2). In the map , it is shown as under construction. There are irrelevant and illogical projects too. 1) Mudanya line, which is an expansion of line 1 (Phase 5). Do not get me wrong, Mudanya needs a rail system, but this must not be a metro line. Metro is for high density transportation. Mudanya line should be a real suburban rail system. 2) A further expansion of Yildirim to Kestel (Phase 6). Again this should be suburban rail line too. Kestel and Mudanya rail lines must be built, but they must be renamed as train set like line 3(they will use the rail tracks of line 1). Their arrival intervals must be longer than the regular Bursaray lines. So in total there will be 4 types of trains: Metro type: 1) Line 1: Organize sanayi-Yildirim 2) Line 2: university-bus terminal These can be changed, Line 1 can be Organize Sanayi-Bus terminal, LIne 2 can be University-Yildirim. suburban train type: 3) line 3: Mudanya-Kestel With all these, Bursaray will be one of the most agile transportation systems of Turkey...
