|  Meow, they are buying new trains because second phase is under construction and third phase is about to start. 6 + 10 km line is coming. THey need more trains. That is why they are purchasing new trains. Regarding for air conditionazing, the mayor claims it would cost really much. It does not make sense but what can we do, if they claim it  ....
