| Actually it's more than perfect. We've got the marmray which will connect the western end of the city with the eastern end (80km) and Yenikapi will be the main station where the Maslak line and the Bayrampsa/Olympic stadium will meet together with the tram line. At the same time yenikapi will be the main station of seabuses. It's just perfect.

| This is how's hoing to look like in 2-3 years. All importan and dense populated areas are connected. Yenikapi will the meeting point of all lines and from here people will be able to cross the boshoprus and travel to asia by metro. And at the asian side there will be 2 lines which will be parallel the to coast. Everything is just well planned. Only metro lines (no tram) and the yellow one is the marmaray line. ![]()

Marmaray, tram, metro. - Asian side is completely covered with two parallel lines -and all lines have a meeting point in Yenikapi which will the new transtportation hub of Istanbul. | no it is not like this. It doesn't connect important points, because there is no metropolitan suburban differences. Also it doesn't open important problem areas. Yes, Airport.. The metro passes inside of varoş areas and show everyone the beauties of Istanbul!!! And help the image of Turkey at the first sight! Same goes for Olympic stadium's Bağcılar line (they are suburban and needs suburban trains from different points). Even there is no connection betwwen Taksim- Beşiktaş, Beşiktaş -Mecidiyeköy, Mecidiyeköy-Topkapı. Porblem areas like Merter-Topkapı, Bosphorus line, Altunizade-Küçükçamlıca, Barbaros-The Bridge have not any solution that those areas creats problem at metropolitan area. | |||||||||||
