| Lahmacun, baklava, pide, sish kebab, most of the desserts are Syrian foods. That is why the best are done in Syrian cities. Doner, Sac Kebab are Turkish.

| In my opinion it's not correct to call them all: Kurdish foods. They're coming from middle east as an origin. Later the cuisin is spreaded to the entire area including Anatolia. Anyway this is not only the problem of Turkey or Istanbul, also here in Italy in this small city called Ferrara, it's been quite famous to open a Kebab House that you may have your small paninos fullfilled with doner kebab in 3-5 minutes and eat on food. The owners of these places are quite interesting between like Indians, Pakistani guys, Iranians, Greeks, Kurds.. I missed kebab between, from Kizilkayalar! | |||||||||||
