|  King Edward Tower|Liverpool|Proposed A mixed use residential and office tower on the site of the now-demolished King Edward Pub. (Name of development yet to be released). It will have 25,000 square feet of office space and 440 apartments in a tower of 54 storeys, which will be 170m. (558') high. Location: Junction of King Edward Street and the Strand. Architect: Leach Rhodes Walker Developer: Richmont Properties and Y1. Cost: £130 million Commence: 2008 Status (November 2007): Planning application submitted 12.07.07. Decision awaited.
