| My second "Bigging up Sheffield" post, this is the soon-to-be Sheffield's tallest, the St. Paul's Tower (AKA Conran Tower or City Loft Tower) Built by City Lofts and fitted out in high spec by Conran and partners, this is the council's baby, and forms part of the under construction but already highly successful "Heart of the City" Project, which includes 3 office blocks (one complete, one under construction and one approved) a multi-storey car park (awaiting internal fit-out) a smaller residential block (topped out), a Winter Garden (complete), and Mercure hotel (complete) and two public spaces (one completed). The Offices, car park and smaller residential block will all have cafes and/or retail included in them (the first Office block already has a restaurant and two cafes trading) Renders: Tower from Arundel Gate ![]() Car Park and massing image of tower from Arundel Gate ![]() Car Park and massing from Arundel Street/Arundel Lane [img][/img] St. Paul's View, the smaller resi block. | Which site is it? If it's where I think it is, you'll probably recognise the name of the photograher of those photos | |||||||||||
