Hola, soy nuevo y me interesó muchisimo estos foros, la verdad me parece muy entretenido, que bueno que estén creando nuevas construcciones en ciudades como concepción, espero que aqui en la VI región pronto se creen nuevos edificios, aunque en san fernando lo dudo mucho

Finalmente detras de la empresa que compró los terrenos en "La Pera" estaba el parque Arauco y tenían intensiones de levantar otro Mall para Concepción. Pero ahora es la alcaldesa la que se opone...PLOP!!

Que wena! Parque Arauco!

Pero si no es tan grave!, La alcaldesa ta haciendo una escena nomas.
Sin duda que si se pusieran de acuerdo con Parque Arauco, la prolongación de Freire y Maipú podrían pasar por dentro del Mall. Quedaría genial!
