Lo mejor de todo es que sólo se permitirán construcciones de edificios en altura y centros comerciales, fabricas , industrias o cualquier actividad relacionada queda fuera, lo cual me parece excelente
Ojalá se construyeran proyectos inmobiliarios de gran altura con diseños innovadores, que no se hayan construido aun en la zona, algo similar al Condominio Olas; y por supuesto un Mall como Parque Arauco quedaría de lujo..

A todo esto creo que las aperturas de las ofertas se darán a conocer a fines de este mes

Se señala también que existe otro paño de terreno de algo como 6,5 hectareas que se llamará a licitacion en el 2009. Dicho terreno queda ubicado más hacia el puente viejo.

Me gustaría ver un Puerto Madero penquista de aquí a 10 años. Creo que no es totalmente imposible.



PS: La Ribera Sur creo que es la costanera de San Pedro.
