Well, Private direction building in Antalya. 15 floors and ~40m Started 1973, built an opened in 1983, Hurted and entrance permittions in May 2004.

Very true. Hopefully one day it'll change. There are new modern areas in my city that would be able to have skyscrapers, i just hope they dont fill up the available space in the city with low rise until mentality changes...
